-Social accompaniment: Spend time with the elderly, children or people with disabilities to offer moral support.
-Collecting clothing or supplies: Organize collections and sort clothing or supplies for redistribution to the underprivileged.
-Participation in charity events: Help out at fund-raising events, solidarity races, etc.
-Community gardening: Participate in the upkeep of shared gardens or urban agricultural projects.
-Hospital visits: Visit hospitalized patients to bring them comfort.
